Position Summary
To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What you’ll do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and facilitating purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Assesses the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
- Delegates, assists and follows up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
