Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team focuses on all aspects of live streaming, including monetisation strategies, live gifting, content campaigns and product features that help creators grow on the platform. As a project intern you will engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining practical experience in a fast‑paced environment. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis – early applicants are encouraged.

• Create and optimize promotions for campaigns, including videos, posters, and copywriting (30%)
• Monitor promotions performance, develop creative ideas according to trends (20%)
• Arrange and set up traffic resources, create reports and monitor content (30%)
• Assist operations of offline events and product operations (10%)
• Arrange merchandise procurement and distributions (10%)
