About the Role

Purpose of Job

In this role as a Call Centre Agent, you will assist the Call Centre Manager and Team Leads to achieve the desired service levels and quality targets. This includes the delivery of excellent customer experience and professional handling of all incoming customers’ enquiries across the full range of The Learning Lab’s services and activities.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main Duties
  • Handle and respond promptly to incoming customers’ enquiries (phone and live chat).
  • Deliver a high-quality service experience to customers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Be a first point of contact to acknowledge and resolve customer feedback.
  • Acquire a strong knowledge of the organisation’s products and services, and processes to communicate accurate information to customers.
