Call Center Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Call Center Agent to become the face of our support team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customer questions and concerns addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering assistance through phone.

• Good verbal communication skills and active listening ability
• Problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent
