Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products/services to international clients
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions accurately in the system
Requirements
- High school graduate or above
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
