In this position, you will work directly with local employers to facilitate job placement for clients. You'll proudly showcase the benefits of hiring skilled candidates through our programs while providing essential coaching and guidance. By organizing job fairs and networking events, you create opportunities for clients to succeed and thrive in their chosen careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance client outcomes through focused, client-centered support
• Establish at least 10 new employer meetings monthly
• Mentor clients in interview skills and networking strategies
• Assist in employment crisis situations as they arise
• Coordinate employment events and outreach initiatives
