Principal Duties: Coordinates and leads the architecture, design, development, and operational support for backend systems. Oversees incident management and ensures the implementation of preventative measures, including performing blameless postmortems. Manages lifecycle management (LCM) activities, vulnerability management, and capacity planning. Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, processes, and best practices. Provides regular operational, incident, and change reports. Mentors and coaches team members, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Partners with other teams, including Automation Engineering and Enterprise Architecture (EA), to align on solutions and strategic initiatives.
