Supervise floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards, cleanliness and ambience are consistently met.

Lead, brief and motivate the service team, allocating duties and managing station coverage during service.

Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.

Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, float reconciliation and end‑of‑day reporting.

Train and coach new and junior crew, reinforcing service sequence and upselling techniques.
