At Morrisons, our Cafes are the bustling heart of our stores. We don’t just serve meals; we provide a warm, welcoming community hub where customers can relax and recharge. As a Cafe Manager, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You will be right out on the floor and in the kitchen; leading your team, driving speed of service, and ensuring every plate of food looks spectacular.
Reporting into an Area Hospitality Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the menu delivery, speed of service, and hospitality. Your main objective is to ensure every plate of food is beautifully presented and top-quality, while coaching your team to deliver the friendly, helpful service that keeps our regulars coming back week after week.
