About the Role
**Description**
SAIC is seeking a CAD Design Engineer in San Diego, CA.
+ Build IRD and IDP’s per NAVWAR standards.
+ Incorporate site redlines and create As-Built packages from install notes.
+ Create system drawing packages from written inputs and diagrams from engineering and ISEA teams.
+ Create network diagrams with serial and IP connections.
+ Use integrated Excel-AutoCAD connections to manage technical data in CAD packages.
+ Work with the engineering team to create schedules and prioritize drafting efforts.
+ Review other drafting efforts for review before delivery.
+ Complete site surveys required to create technical packages.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree and two (2) years or more experience or Master's degree and zero (0) years or more experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ AutoCAD proficiently required.
+ Experience in C4I System environments.
