What You Will Do
- Lead and execute a regional sales strategy focused on market share growth in our largest branch in Canada, focused on new customer acquisition, and retention
- Responsible for managing full branch P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies
- You will inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Consultants, Equipment Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Branch leaders
- Partner cross-functionally with Technical Services, Equipment & Technology, Multi-Site, and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions
