Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key raw materials and packaging inputs. Source and procure materials from local and international suppliers. Manage procurement activities for imported raw materials, including resins, films, adhesives, inks and related manufacturing materials. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation and value engineering. Conduct supplier evaluations and benchmarking exercises. Supplier Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Lead supplier negotiations relating to pricing, payment terms, lead times and service levels. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required. Identify and mitigate supply risks through supplier diversification and contingency planning.
