Buyer Analyst

Overview

The Purchasing Agent key tasks are Purchase Order Entry to support the Supply Chain Team. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with inventory management, assisting in process improvement between departments, follow‑up to the Purchase orders entry, confirming that orders have been received, and assisting with reports and analysis.

Specific Tasks

• Purchase Order Entry
• Ensuring Vendor Open PO report has accurate due dates
• Following up with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery
• Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Word, and Excel (mandatory)

General Responsibilities

To best fit this role and understand the nature of the business, the training for this role will include both office and hands‑on training.
