Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the butler team.
- Ensure personalized service for VIP and luxury guests.
- Coordinate guest preferences, arrivals, and special requests.
- Train staff on luxury service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 6+ years of luxury hotel experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and English communication.
