Business Systems Analyst (Data Center Colocation Migration)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Data Center Colocation Migration) to join one of our largest banking clients on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for a multi‑phase data center colocation migration.

• Work with infrastructure, network, application, security/compliance teams, and vendors to define migration scope and readiness.

• Maintain physical and virtual data center inventories, application lists, and dependency mappings.

• Assess workload criticality, downtime tolerances, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.

• Support migration planning, including wave sequencing, readiness checklists, and cutover strategies.

• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escrow as needed.
