Business System Analyst

About Our Client:

Our client specializes in the Life Sciences and Personal Care markets. They are looking for a Business System Analyst for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Creating functional design documents (FDDs) and technical documentation
• Collaborating closely with D365 developers and functional business units
• Supporting system enhancements and customization initiatives
• Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Providing process and system support related to D365 Supply Chain and Operations functionalities (e.g., sales order creation workflows)
• The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
