A valid security clearance at the level of Secret; Hold a Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification; A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a Business System Analyst within the last fifteen (15) years; A minimum of ten (10) years within the last fifteen (15) years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules; and A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years leading or conducting stakeholder engagement activities.
