Job Description
Facility Coordinator for Building Facilities Officer (FO). The Facility Coordinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for site facilities operation.
- Establish building employment services operational procedures and roll out for site staff. Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and initiate strategies to reduce building operation repair cost.
- Manage all in‑house/contract vendors to carry out the job as per SLA.
- Initiate and maintain preventive management program, responsible for follow‑up BAC/AR closure as per SLA.
