<p>Almac Singapore is hiring a temporary Business Support Assistant for a period of 6-12 months to help in general office administration. </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>General office administration, includiing but not limited to meeting room management, office supplies, etc.</li>
<li>Vendor management such as office cleaning</li>
<li>Ad hoc report and meeting minutes generation</li>
<li>Call and mail management</li>
<li>Support company bus services and food provisions for visitors</li>
