Responsibilities
- Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of projects
- Be actively involved with the operational delivery (e.g., BRS, Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing, End User Training, Pre Go Live and Post Go Live Support)
- Perform functional demo of the system and facilitate discussion of workflow and identification of gaps together with our technology partner (as-is process in the system vs. desired process of the client)
- Work with our technology partner and client in documenting business requirements, test scripts, and user guide
- Directly coordinate with vendors and monitor resolution of issues raised during testing to ensure that it is resolved within the agreed SLA
- Conduct knowledge transfer to Customer Support and Managed Services Team at the end of the project implementation
