About the Role

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The Business Order Administrator is the financial expert for Field Service Outage Execution and is responsible for maintaining all financial records from Order Acknowledgment through Invoicing.
You will ensure that all costs are captured correctly and that final invoicing to our customers is structured and formatted in a way that will minimize payment negotiations and effectively increase cash flow for Siemens Energy.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Generate Complex Field Service Invoices for both Internal & External Customers, Provide Customer Billing Invoices and cost reports to long term service agreement managers in a structured format that will minimize payment negotiations with Customers and help expedite payment
- Purchase Order Acknowledgement and verification against PO and Existing Service Contracts to identify inconsistencies.
