• Provide updated project pricing.
• Craft updated NPV Calculators.
• Make sure that amendments and requests to NPV computations are accomplished.
• Provide computation and advice on payment terms to sellers.
• Perform Land Acquisition Tasks such as collating information and documentation regarding selected properties.
• Create Financial Feasibility Study on Land Acquisition projects and provide presentation materials for Board Meeting
• Assist in crafting the monthly presentation of the division.
• Perform regular payment obligations of the division (ex. HOA dues)
• Facilitate in the Open House and other related Marketing events of the division.
