Business Growth & Development
Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. Support business planning, including marketing initiatives and sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers. Perform site visits (mines, tunnels, construction sites) to understand customer needs and build relationships. Carry out technical activities such as pull tests, installation audits, and reporting. Identify opportunities for existing and new products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve sales objectives. Maintain strong industry relationships and customer networks. Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting. Prepare quotations, process orders, and use ERP systems when required.
