About the Role

Pivotal is looking for a dynamic, driven sales professional in the Brampton area. In this role you will be assigned a territory and be responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing new clients for Pivotal's Temporary Staffing division in your territory. You will develop your territory by engaging prospects over the phone, via email and through virtual and in-person meetings.

Previous sales experience, strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a competitive attitude are required to be successful in this position. Previous sales experience in the temporary staffing industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through cold calling, emails and in-person and virtual meetings
  • Convert leads to opportunities by articulating Pivotal’s capabilities and competitive differentiations
