Mimecast is redefining cybersecurity. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead the prospecting of high‑quality leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and taking queries from potential clients with the overall goal of generating & maturing leads to be passed off to a sales partner.
- Screening and qualifying potential business through external methods.
- Monitoring online forums to answer any customer queries.
- Identifying and overcoming objections whilst addressing business pain points through high activity.
- Effective use of Salesforce and various in‑house tools to manage leads.
- Ability to think outside the square and generate your own leads.
- Speaking directly with end customers/prospects and articulating the benefits.
