The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified demo opportunities for the sales team.
You will work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to build pipeline and create new business opportunities within the civil and construction ecosystem.

- Executing high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and strategic outreach
- Engaging potential clients within civil and construction organizations
- Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers
- Booking qualified product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
- Maintaining consistent CRM hygiene and activity tracking
- Following up persistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints
