Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing go-to-market team in Toronto. The BDR will engage potential customers, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns using phone, email, and social touches.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or events.
- Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value of Abacum.
- Meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role with cold‑calling experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
