College diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
Strong understanding of fire protection systems and inspection/service contracts.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to work well independently.

Annual salary range based on experience: $80,000 – $110,000
3 weeks of vacation from May 1st following 1 year of service, 12 paid Statutory Holidays and 5 paid personal days per year.
