About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities in Colombia. This role focuses on acquiring and growing key corporate accounts, building strategic partnerships, and exploring non-traditional B2B channels to drive incremental revenue with sustainable margins.

The ideal candidate is a commercial hunter with strong negotiation skills, capable of building structured pipelines and closing complex, mid- to high-value deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
