Business Development Manager – Remedial Construction

Core Talent has partnered with a leading specialist contractor to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in remedial construction to drive growth across the Commercial, Strata, and High-End Residential sectors.

This is a strategic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with a strong background in remedial construction who can build a pipeline, develop key client relationships, and secure project opportunities. The successful candidate will bring both technical credibility and business development expertise, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.

The role will initially operate as a dual-focus position, with approximately 70% dedicated to pipeline generation and project sourcing, and 30% focused on the sale of vertical access systems, including mast climbers.
