Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow their presence within the Western Australian mining sector. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, building trusted relationships, and delivering practical technical solutions to site-based customers across WA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Visiting mine sites across WA (including Pilbara and Goldfields) to build strong customer relationships
• Identifying client challenges and presenting tailored solutions to improve fleet air conditioning performance and reliability
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account growth
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders across mining operations
