About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to grow our client base in the Gauteng region. This role is based in Johannesburg and is part of the RSAWEB Business Direct Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Use previous business development and solution‑selling experience to grow RSAWEB Business’s customer base.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Attend industry networking events and face‑to‑face customer meetings.
- Create tailored offerings based on customer specific requirements.
- Grow revenue for key accounts brought onboard for a pre‑determined period before handing them over to the account management team for ongoing management.
- Identify opportunities within the customer’s existing connectivity, mobile, cloud, and digital landscape and foster strong relationships to keep customers ahead of their competitors.
- Create meaningfully customized proposals for each customer requirement.
