About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Drive net‑new business development for engineering and technical services within the Montreal / Quebec market
- Identify, pursue, and establish strategic target accounts aligned to Actalent’s engineering services capabilities
- Lead consultative sales engagements with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders
- Own and navigate RFP/RFQ and bid processes, partnering closely with engineering, delivery, and program leadership
- Translate customer challenges into scalable, executable services solutions
- Partner internally to convert pursuits into long‑term, high‑value client relationships
