About the Role
TalentCompass is assisting a client with a national footprint with their Business Development Managers positions. We are looking for 3 BDMs for their Edmonton or Calgary, Winnipeg and Montreal regions.
Our client has grown substantially in the last year or so and is aggressively expanding into the rest of 2026 and 2027. Reporting to Regional Directors, you will be prospecting, negotiating contracts, securing long-term contracts (fleet, dealership, and insurance partnerships), while growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business with fleets, dealerships, and insurance partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and referral sources
- Prospect through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
