About the Role

As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven, hunter-profile Business Development Executive. This is a high-ownership, remote role based in the Philippines, offering a direct line to the Director of Sales and the chance to shape the company's expansion from the ground up.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of business development experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
- You ideally have experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS.
- You can pitch and present confidently to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.
- You are comfortable self-sourcing leads, making cold outreach, and operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
