Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base in target segments (e.g., government agencies, top & mid-tier contractors, developers, architects, consulting engineers).
- Identify and pursue new project leads at the earliest stages (concept, tender, pre-tender).
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the precast market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at main contractors, developers, government bodies (BCA, HDB, LTA, MOH, MOE etc), and architectural/engineering firms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored precast solutions.
