Position Overview
A senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This role owns the end-to-end sales lifecycle; from prospecting and solution design through contract execution—while aligning closely with Operations, Workforce Enablement, and Client Success to ensure commercially viable and operationally sound deals.
The Director operates with a high degree of autonomy, strategic judgment, and accountability, and is expected to materially contribute to pipeline growth and near-term revenue realization.
