We are not looking for a salesperson. If you want to pitch products and hit a quota by talking at people, go somewhere else. We are looking for the ultimate advisor. Your goal is to build a relationship so deep that the client wouldn't dream of making a major life or business decision without calling you first. You aren't selling a service; you are selling your judgment.
1. The No Task is Beneath You Protocol
You will start by working on the factory floor, doing the grunt work. You will learn everything about how our products are made. You’ll be organizing salesforce data, proofreading pitch decks at 2:00 AM, and fetching coffee for the team. Why? Because if we can’t trust you to get a font right or a lunch order perfect, we certainly can’t trust you with a multi-million relationship. You must have zero ego and an infinite work ethic
