About the Role
Business Controller - FMCG - BrusselsAs a Business Controller, you will report to the Controlling Manager and will play a key role within the Benelux Finance team, contributing to financial planning, analysis and business partnering activities.
Your main responsibilities :
- Contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the Benelux perimeter
- Provide financial analyses and insights during business reviews with Sales and Marketing
- Monitor customer conditions, challenge costs and ensure accurate financial implications in ERP systems
- Act as a business partner by analysing performance, challenging assumptions and identifying value‑creation opportunities
- Track key business drivers (sell‑in, sell‑out, trade stocks) and optimize trade spend efficiency
