About the Role
The Business Continuity Program supports the execution of the organization’s Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program.
The role focuses on coordination, documentation, data gathering, testing support, and reporting to ensure continuity plans remain current, tested, and audit ready.
This position works under the guidance of the BCP Sr. Manager and Elevance Health / Carelon Global Solutions Business Resilience standards.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Business Continuity Program Execution- support execution of the BCP Program but not limited to, network resilience testing, and site-level readiness initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and updating CGS PH & PR BCP Playbooks, line-of-Business (LoB) BCP Operational Manuals, crisis invocation and escalation procedures, track site readiness and continuity coverage against defined thresholds, escalating gaps to the BCP Sr. Manager.
