Business Analyst / Solution Anayst

As a Business and Solution Analyst, you will lead the design and evolution of the Cash Management digital platform, support daily operations, and deliver strategic solutions for new features while working within Agile and Scrum frameworks. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development, from concept through delivery.
Act as feature owner, leading requirements analysis, effort estimation, stakeholder coordination, requirement baseline definition, and collaboration with technical leads and product owners.
Perform solution design, system configuration, and business rule implementation within Global PayPlus (GPP).
Develop detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) estimates to support accurate project planning and execution.
Support test automation activities, including design, execution, and ongoing maintenance of automated test suites.
