Business Analyst (Reports & Analytics)

The Business Analyst (Reports & Analytics) is responsible for supporting reporting, data analysis, and insights generation to drive operational and business decision-making. The role focuses on extracting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, pull, and prepare data from Salesforce and other systems as required
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights
• Support weekly operational reports and recurring reporting deliverables
