Business Analyst - Project Management Systems & Microsoft 365 Tools (Banking)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise project management and reporting platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business, operations, PMO, technology, and vendor teams to translate business needs into clear system requirements and support the end‑to‑end delivery of project management solutions. This role is suitable for candidates with strong hands‑on experience in project management lifecycle processes, Microsoft Planner or similar project/task management tools, and business analysis within a structured enterprise environment.
