About the Role
Responsibilities:
Understand and collect business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare clear documentation like business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories.
Work closely with developers, testers, and clients.
Help plan, test, and implement IT projects.
Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
Support in user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Skills Required:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Good understanding of software development processes (Agile/Waterfall).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with tools like JIRA, Excel, and MS Word.
