Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists in IT PMO with ensuring stakeholder adherence to governance processes. Supports the creation of bi-weekly governance report; reviews and tracks all project governance milestones, maintains a log and furnishes statistics on relevant governance activities.


• Maintains a calendar and schedules governance meetings, produces meeting minutes and publishes communications for various levels of stakeholders. Communications include meeting announcements, minutes, voting results and action requests.
