Business Analyst – Industrial Automation & Process Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments. Nice to have hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA InTouch) and Siemens WinCC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing and automation initiatives. Work closely with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to translate operational needs into functional solutions. Create and manage EPICs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support implementation and integration of new production lines using SCADA and industrial automation platforms.
