About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering across Customer Service, Billing, Metering, Treasury/Collections, Regulatory, and IT
- Document BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
- Support configuration, functional design, and fit-gap analysis with the CIS vendor
- Define SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases
- Support defect triage and validation
- Assist with data migration mapping and validation
Requirements
- BS Degree in Management Science (Industrial Engineering), Mathematics (or Statistics), Business Intelligence & Analytics, Management of Information Systems, or Management (Business Administration)
- 3 to 5 years Business Analyst experience, ideally in utilities or energy market with complex billing
- Strong process modeling (BPMN), user story writing, acceptance criteria, RTM
