Expertech is URGENTLY recruiting for a Business Analyst | CRM to work on a long term client advisory Engagement. In this role will be working with the client on gathering requirements, doing Service Design and creating the future state of the IT Landscape. There might be some requirements gathering/consulting around (future) CRM and CDP as well. This initial contract will be 6 months, thereafter an extension will be likely.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering and producing requirements
- Writing epics, user stories, and features
- Creating a Service Design
- AS IS and TO BE process mapping
- Advisory on CRM and CDP future state
- Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum teams
- Engineer processes and planning for digital projects
- Working with both mobile and web platform applications
- Assisting development teams
