Business Analyst

This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly strategic, tech-forward Business Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between stakeholders, operations, and IT execution. This role is responsible for identifying business bottlenecks, architecting scalable system solutions, and driving technology initiatives that elevate performance across the entire organization. This is not a passive documentation role. This person must think like an operator. The ideal candidate understands Agency operations deeply, sees operational inefficiencies before they become problems, and can translate business complexity into executable IT projects. Amazon account management, listing optimization, and PPC experience is a strong asset.
