About the Role
Purpose
The key function of a BA is to work with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes for a system or piece of software to be developed. To determine functional requirements and high‑level features, as well as elaborate on the details of the software project and requirements to set the direction of the project, and support its implementation.
Key Responsibilities Document client requirements and create clear, well‑structured documentation according to the specification template. Provide mockups and sample reports; maintain documentation to ensure it remains up to date. Support UAT sign‑off: deliver to customer expectations, keep UAT failure rate below 9%, and ensure the finished product meets client requests. Facilitate meetings: run workshops with clients, handover sessions with the development team, and demo sessions.
